Is there a per-user fee?
No. The Standard plan includes unlimited users for your lab. Everyone from lab directors to technicians can access the system at no extra cost.
Can I pay monthly instead of annually?
We currently only offer annual billing. This keeps things simple and gives you the best value for your lab.
What happens after my trial ends?
We'll send you a payment link before your trial expires. If you don't subscribe, your lab will be read-only — no data is ever deleted.
